Planting hard and soft neck garlic

11/13/2021 Planting hard and soft neck garlic.
About a week before I planted the garlic I amended the soil with compost and worm castings.
I planted three varieties of garlic two were hard neck and one was soft neck.
The type I’m most excited for is the music garlic.
After the garlic sprouts a little I will mulch the growth to help insulate the garlic for the winter.
