12/6/2021 Homemade prepared horseradish

Recipe I used (well halved)
8 oz horseradish
4 oz vinegar (5%)
1.5 TBSP sugar
1/2 tsp salt

First, peel the horseradish removing the outer layer. then cut or cube pieces. After this I blended in the magic bullet. Added the vinegar, sugar and salt, and blended to incorporate all the ingredients. I placed the prepared horseradish into an old pickle jar (cleaned). I will use mayonnaise and ketchup to make a horsey sauce and cocktail sauce respectively and for roast beef I can use fresh.
You will see the face at the end, I was not ready for the flavor and heat.
