8/7/2022 Harvesting hard neck garlic seeds from a scape.

I harvested the hard neck garlic a few weeks earlier. Allowing the scapes to fully mature to harvest the seeds to plant later this year. Garlic seeds will take two years to grow into bulbs of garlic. First year the seed grows larger into a clove. Then the second year the the clove will begin to bulb.
