9/7/2022 Worm Wednesday Feeding prepping the bin to harvest castings

All of last week’s feeding is gone except for some of the bedding. After fluffing the bin, I moved the castings to one side. Then added the new bedding of shredded cardboard, brown paper bags, and peat moss. I used rain water on Tuesday to wet the bedding down and mixed in a little azomite and ground eggshells. I added the feeding to the new bedding celery, lettuce, eggplant and watermelon. The grit was azomite and ground eggshells once the feeding area was covered I topped it with a little bit of the worm chow (corn meal, flour, and ground oats).
