India and China start troop disengagement in disputed Ladakh

India and China are seeking to end their almost two-year standoff in the disputed Eastern Ladakh border region of the Himalayas, pulling troops out of the area. Indian Air Force veteran M. Matheswaran spoke to RT about the importance of India-China relations, and the need for a multi-polar world.
