Workout for Chest At Gym

Firstly do you train at home or at the gym. And which of these exercises will you prefer to target the chest muscles?

Tell me in the comments…..

I prefer push-ups since my training is more calisthenics based. But if you are a bodybuilder, the bench press will be preferable for you. You can as well mix them up once in a while.
