📝 Shrimp in garlic butter 🤤
Tiger shrimp (can be replaced with king prawns) - 1pc.
Butter - 100gm
Garlic - 3 cloves
Smoked paprika, salt, hot pepper flakes, dried garlic.
🍤Clean the shrimp from the shell, leaving the tail. With a knife make an incision along the back and pull out the vein. Put the peeled shrimps in the baking dish in the desired way.
🍤 Prepare the dressing. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add paprika, salt, hot pepper flakes, fresh and dry garlic. Mix well and pour the prepared shrimp. Put in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes) When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley and drizzle with lemon juice.

📝 Shrimp in a light crispy breading:
Tiger shrimp.
Flour - 1tbsp.
Tempura breading - 1tbsp
Egg - 1pc.
Salt, black pepper, paprika, dried garlic.
🍤 Add salt, paprika, dry garlic and black pepper to flour. Mix well. In a bowl beat the egg. In a separate container pour the breading.
🍤 Dip peeled shrimp in flour and spices then dip in egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
🍤 In a dry container heat vegetable oil and dip pieces of shrimp in breading. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked put shrimp on paper towels.
📝Sauce for shrimp.
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons.
Dill - 5 sprigs
Garlic - 2 cloves
Lemon juice
🧄Mix mayonnaise, chopped dill and lemon juice in a container. Put ready sauce in shot glasses, put shrimp in breading on top and pour) Goes well with foam and white dry) Enjoy ❤️
