🍵Swirl fresh nettles with boiling water and let stand for 5-10 minutes. In this time we boil meat and make a jam from onions and carrots. Cut the ready meat into slices and put back to the broth. Add sliced potatoes and fried potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Separate nettles from water, cut them in 0,5-1 cm strips and pour into soup. Add spices and mix. At the very end break the egg and beat well. Pour a thin stream into the soup stirring it. (It is possible to add hard-boiled eggs). Bring to a boil and turn off) Greens can be added to taste. Serve with sour cream.)
Nettle bread:
Nettles - 100gm
Dill - 0,5 bunch
Warm water - 1 cup (200ml)
Flour - 3 cl
Yeast - 1 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Dry garlic - 1 pinch
Salt, sugar - 1-2 tsp.
Cabbage leaves should be steeped in boiling water and left to stand for 10 minutes. Then squeeze it and put in a blender. Add dill, warm water and sugar. Whisk for 30 seconds. Pour the obtained mixture into a bowl and add yeast and a glass of flour. Stir and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Then we add the oil, dried garlic, salt and the rest of the flour. Knead the dough. It will be a little sticky. Leave it in a warm place for an hour.
🍞Soon the dough is risen, knead it and put into a baking tin. Wait another hour. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40min. Let cool and enjoy)

📝Buns of fresh tomatoes:

Flour - 3-3,5 cups
Dry yeast - 2 tsp.
Sun-dried tomatoes - 5-6pcs (I have the recipe on my channel)
Egg - 1pc.
Dried basil - 1 tsp.
Salt, sugar.
🍞Wash the tomatoes with a blender and strain through a sieve, pour into a container. Add the yeast, salt, sugar and 1 cup of flour. Stir and leave for 20 minutes. At this time chop dried tomatoes. Add dried basil, egg, tomatoes, a couple of spoonfuls of tomato oil (not necessary, but desirable) and another 1 cup of flour to the dough. Stir. Gradually add the rest of the flour and knead into an elastic dough. Place in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough is ready, knead it and leave for another 1 hour.

Delicious homemade ice cream with only 3 ingredients)
Today is the first day of summer and the holiday of childhood, which means it's time to make homemade ice cream 🤗

📝Strawberry Ice Cream:
Cream 20% - 250ml (you can take 30%, it will be easier to make, but I prefer 20%)
Strawberries - 200gr
Sweetened condensed milk - 2-3 cl.

🍧 In a bowl put the crushed ice, salt it (so that it cools faster), put a smaller bowl (it is desirable to cool all the containers) and pour the cooled cream. Whip the cream with a whisk or mixer for 5-8 minutes, they should increase in volume by at least 2 times, preferably 3-4. Then add the condensed milk, stirring the cream.
🍧 In a blender chop the strawberries. (If you do not like pips, the finished puree can be strained through a sieve). Add the puree to the cream and mix well with a whisk. Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
🍧In an hour we take out almost ready ice cream and mix well again. 🍧 Put the paste in a dish and put it in the freezer until it is completely frozen)
📝Chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips:
Cream - 250ml
Sugar - 2 - 3 tablespoons
Cocoa - 2 tablespoons
Chocolate - 50g
