‘I no longer feel safe’ - charged German reporter’s mother to RT

Alina Lipp, a German independent journalist, had been reporting on events in the Donbass region for years, but she’s now facing criminal charges back home for ‘spreading disinformation,’ and could face up to three years in prison.

RT spoke to her mother, Petra, whose bank accounts have recently been frozen without any explanation. She has left Germany for Russia, and told us about her and her daughter’s ordeal.
