Inner Child meditation is about your inner voice speaking as a third-person point-of-view. We can become so caught up in just surviving through our life and past, that we suppress emotions and past experiences. Suppressing emotions does not get rid of them. They can linger in the recesses of our sub-conscious, just wanting patiently to be acknowledged.

Inner child meditation focuses on you visualizing your inner child in a relaxed and happy state, and provide parental comfort so your inner voice can feel better able to express itself. Many people have found inner child meditation to release emotions they didn’t even realize they were holding onto – enabling them to recognize why they are feeling the way they do as an adult.
