Throughout the month of September I will be performing Squat, Bench, and Deadlifts daily utilizing the 3x3 rep scheme. Each set will increase by 5# and each day the starting weights will increase by 5#. Let's get to work!

Barbell Squat

Barbell Bench Press
Set 1 : 135x5
Set 2 : 205x5
Set 3 : 225x3
Set 4 : 230x3
Set 5 : 235x3
