In any relationship it's about trust. Do we trust promises or do we force it our own way out of fear (or doubt) In any relationship commitment is key, interesting to think about why the TaNaK (Old Testament) has so many prophets comparing, and connecting, idolatry (When we put something else before GOD) and adultery (When we put someone else before GOD [Keeping that sexual purity is rather important. And I will be getting into that Friday when we get to 26-27] ) Both are Intimate to who we are and what we follow. Be it with our creator or within personal relationships. If we are willing to put anything before the relationship there is hardly one had; makes me very very thankful for all HIS Grace when I think about how many times I've failed and HE has been there, loving this prodigal child that HE calls Daughter the whole time.

With Love like that, how can we not love each other more.

1 John 3:14-17 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+john+3%3A14-17&version=MSG
14-15 The way we know we’ve been transferred from death to life is that we love our brothers and sisters. Anyone who doesn’t love is as good as dead. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know very well that eternal life and murder don’t go together.
16-17 This is how we’ve come to understand and experience love: Christ sacrificed his life for us. This is why we ought to live sacrificially for our fellow believers, and not just be out for ourselves. If you see some brother or sister in need and have the means to do something about it but turn a cold shoulder and do nothing, what happens to God’s love? It disappears. And you made it disappear.

1 Corinthians 14:1-3 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=1+Corinthians+14%3A1-3&version=MSG
1-3 Go after a life of love as if your life depended on it—because it does. Give yourselves to the gifts God gives you. Most of all, try to proclaim his truth. If you praise him in the private language of tongues, God understands you but no one else does, for you are sharing intimacies just between you and him. But when you proclaim his truth in everyday speech, you’re letting others in on the truth so that they can grow and be strong and experience his presence with you.
