Drs Paul Marik and Dr. Peter McCullough were guests on Wake Up America with Amanda Brilhante and Carl Higbie. They covered the news of the Moderna versus Pfizer patent lawsuit over the COVID-19 vaccines. The US NIH and Moderna co-own the patent to the Moderna vaccine invented before the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. Moderna's billionaire CEO Stéphane Bancel was previously the CEO of French diagnostics company BioMérieux who helped the CCP build the biosafety lab level-4. In this lab Chinese and American scientists engineered SARS-CoV-2 with using NIH funding as published by Dr. Menachery and colleagues in 2015 in Nature and PNAS.
