Serbia and Kosovo reach a mutual agreement on a controversial border crossing. That's according to the EU, which is mediating talks.
The International Atomic Energy Agency reportedly plans to visit a nuclear power plant in Zaporozhye next week with Russia saying Ukraine's continued shelling of the facility amounts to "nuclear terrorism".
