Pete's Lake Campground l Michigan's Upper Peninsula

Pete's Lake Campground, located about 25 min south of Munising, is nestled in the center of Michigan's Hiawatha National Forest.

We only stayed here because all the prime lakeshore camping real-estate was reserved... HOWEVER! we cannot complain, we loved the stay. The wolves were out howling every night.

hiking, biking, fishing, boating and more. The campground offers a swimming beach and day-use picnic area.

No showers. The bathrooms are respectable (kept clean, smell and bugs are managed, and toilet paper stocked.)
