Per square foot, pear trees make more sugar than any other fruit tree .. but pears are only good to eat for one day: Just before they spoil! Preserving your harvest by turning all of that sugar into pear cider and vinegar begins with a cider press. We just got a new one, so lets take a look at it together, shall we?
