INGREDIENTS :

2 chicken breasts
150 grams egg noodles
400 ml chicken stock
1 chopped medium onion
170 grams shredded cheddar
70 grams canned corn
100 grams canned garden peas
130 grams chopped carrots
70 grams breadcrumbs
80 grams chopped celery
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons butter

INSTRUCTIONS :

.partly cook 2 chicken breasts in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f ( 15 minutes each side )
.cut chicken into slices and set aside
.in a frying pan on medium heat add 4 tablespoons butter
.once melted add 130 grams chopped carrots, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.add 80 grams chopped celery, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.add 1 chopped medium onion, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.reduce to low heat, add 2 tablespoons flour and mix well
.add 1 cup milk, 400 ml chicken stock
.add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning & mix well
.raise to medium to high heat, cook until reduced ( approx 10 minutes )
.soak 150 grams egg noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes
.with two forks separate the noodles & remove water
.add vegetables, sauce mixture & chicken
.add 70 grams canned corn, 100 grams canned garden peas
.add 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and mix well
.place into a baking dish
.layer on 70 grams breadcrumbs
.layer 170 grams shredded cheddar on top
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 40 minutes
