Multi-Day Severe Weather Event Expected This Weekend -Great Lakes Weather

A multi-day severe weather event appears probable across portions of the Great Lakes Region this weekend. A line of intense thunderstorms will weaken crossing Lake Michigan Saturday afternoon, bringing thunderstorms that pose a damaging wind and hail threat, especially in southwest Lower Michigan and northern Indiana. This line will continue to weaken as it heads into southern Indiana and Ohio Sunday morning. Meanwhile, another line of strong thunderstorms will develop and move into southern Lower Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, bringing the threat once again for all severe hazards.
