This is part 3 of the Narcissistic Personality Disorder series. This episode dives deeper into the psyche of a Narcissist and if you don’t understand them now, by the end of this video you will. The value of this knowledge has to do with consciousness. When you don’t know how you are being manipulated, it’s easy to be confused and helpless. Making abuse conscious, or making anything conscious for that matter, allows you the opportunity to take your control back.
