Alternative Flour Saga

I end up making flour, and then bread and granola, from some random starchy vegetables and seeds we had around the house... mostly just to prove that I can (my wife ended up stepping in and helping me at the end). Luca was a fan, but sadly Clara wouldn't even give them a chance.

I apologize that you guys didn't get to see me try the granola log that we showed at the end. But it was SOOO good. Neither of the kids would try it though so... I guess that part was all for me.
