Biltong Results

Showing what the final biltong I made in my previous videos look like.

Note to those who those who’d like to repeat my process: the end result is very tangy from the vinegar. I like the tang, but many don’t. If you are one of the latter group, don’t soak your biltong in the vinegar for as long as I did (I soaked it for 24 hours).
