Testing the Food Dehydrator

The unit I bought has increased in price since my purchase but can be found here: https://ebay.us/Q5e11d
This is the first test for my new food dehydrator / food drier and I used wild strawberries as test subjects.
They were dried at 60 degrees C ( 140 Fahrenheit) for approx. 7 hours and turned out perfect.
I will keep testing the drying of various fruit and vegetables and let you know how I get on.
Thanks for watching.
