DEADLIFT RRESSIONS

If you or your client is not ready for the traditional deadlift here are some regressions to the deadlift. Also, when the gym is packed, don’t have barbells readily available or have limited equipment at home 🏡 here are some variations you can use for yourself and your clients. 🤯

Have you always wanted to learn more ways to regress (make it easier) or progress (make it challenging) an exercise that is safe for your client especially if they’re dealing with any discomfort with certain exercises? Our level 1 coaches have no problem regressing and/or progressing exercises for their clients and can do it on the fly. (No textbook or lifeline needed). Join us every Tuesday @2pm T / 5pm EST to learn about regressions and progressions of core patterns (Squat, Hinge, Unilateral, Horizontal Push/Pull, Vertical Push/Pull and Transitional).
