Johnny Grube doing a "personal best" of 10 times up or 20 times up and down a steep hill with 2 - 40 lb dumbbells (80 lbs) previous was 9 times up or 18 times up and down.

At a 160 lb bodyweight or half my bodyweight.

A great workout in under 8 minutes.

I actually had one or two more in me.

This is a bigger strength and conditioner then people would like to think.

This will test the strongest and fittest.

Image a 300 lb strong man carrying 150's up hill.

This is an exercise anyone could do with a little weight and build old-time, old school strength, blue collar strength that is unbelievably functional outside the gym.
