Blue Collar Isometrics.

Johnny Grube using a few minutes to do a quick blue collar type Isometrics workout using 3 concrete blocks weighing about 25 lbs and a tennis court.

It's simple, I stacked 3 concrete blocks on top of each other held them in the palm of my hand, keeping my arm at about 90° or at a right angle.

Switching hands at each end of the court.

This is tough on the biceps, forearms and core from the weight and position the arm is kept in.

This type of Isometrics combined with carrying are underrated.

Anyone who has ever helped carry or help someone move furniture you find out that your arms fail quickly in just seconds, NOT minutes.

Just another idea if you are killing time.
