Johnny Grube pulling a 3,400 lb van using a backward drag up a small incline about 15 yards and holding it back going back down the incline then stopping the momentum and repeating.

Repeated this 5 times total about 150 yards.

The incline makes the weight of the van much heavier.

Then did 26 explosive 40 lb one arm dumbbell throws.

Under 10 minutes.

Great circuit for lasting blue collar strength and conditioning.
