Johnny Grube getting in a short under 10 minute workout with an 80 lb Heavy Bag @ bodyweight of 160 lbs.

Using an 80 lb Heavy Bag Deadlift to throw the bag on the shoulder than carry 20 yards, drop and repeat switching shoulders for 20 rounds carrying the heavy bag 400 yards.

The heavy bag is harder to control and carrying because it doesn't conform to the body like a sandbag.

Heavy Bag is longer and thicker making balance and stabilizing it harder.

This is a great all around strength
and conditioning work out that will give you outdoor man's strength
and physical combat strength and conditioning.
