Johnny Grube using a dowel rod and a "Rage" xtra heavy 100 lb band to do
100 consecutive heavy breathing conditioning deadlifts.

This something I usually do in my house for quick workout.

This is different, feels different the movement is small but the top pull is a good amount of tension.

High reps even with a band will test your "Conditioned Strength".

Remember use what you have, make training fun, and functional.
