Johnny Grube doing a little old school training doing a close grip version of the Jefferson Squat using 135 lbs for a quick 25.

Did 100 Rubber Band Deadlifts using a 100 lb tension band and finished off with 25 - 135 lb Close Grip Jefferson Squats.

The close grip makes the weight harder to balance and works the hands and wrists.

25 Reps isn't many but the awkward movement requires more energy to handle.
