Johnny Grube using a 70 lb Heavy Bag and a hill for old school strength and conditioning. This is real outdoor blue collar work that you might need to survive.
Simple, shoulder the heavy bag walk up than back down the hill drop the bag shoulder on other shoulder and repeat non stop!
I did 15 rounds up hill or 30 rounds up and down hill.
This will test the fittest, and humble the gym bros doing the big three lifts.
