Johnny Grube using a 70 lb heavy bag and a hill for a quick workout.

10 Over the shoulder Throws.
10 Gut Wrench Slams.

Then shouldered and carried heavy bag about 150 yards using a hill at the end.

Great short workout, after my main workout of 10 Gut Wrench Slams, then shoulder and carry the bag about 150 yards also using the hill.

4 Rounds.
