Johnny Grube doing a quick 90 second Isometric exercise wearing
60 lbs a 40 lb weight vest and 20 lb ankle weights feet elevated almost
3 foot.

After wearing the weight to cut the grass.

Anyone knows higher the legs the more resistance, add weight you have a tough exercise in only 90 seconds.

I didn't think ankle weights would impact this exercise, but you could definitely feel the difference.

The exercise is tough on the body
and mind, tough on the knuckles,
was using very thin towel.
