Wearing pants and steel toe boots aren't ideal, but neither is needing to go when you need to.

50 times - Jump rope.
15 reps - 100 lb resistance rubber band Deadlifts.

10 Rounds.

Jump Rope 500 times.
150 reps Rubberband Deadlifts.

Quick but impactful.
