Johnny Grube doing some blue collar type of training on Independence Day.

Pick up and shoulder the 70 lb Heavy Bag, I prefer what I call the "Gut Wrench" way of shouldering the bag and then walk 10 yards, drop and repeat 80 rounds. Carried about 1/2 mile.

My original goal was just do 50 but just kept going to 80, It will challenge the strongest.
