Craigslist Junk to Truck Rack Treasure - How to

Today I'm working on building a custom fit utility rack for my truck starting with an old rusty rack that I found on craigslist. In the video I'll show how I cut it down, resized the lower assembly, welded and ultimately custom fit it to my truck bed.
