Hiit the Barre is a Barre Workout Conditioning Class. Ankle Weights are used but not required. Laurie is wearing 3lbs.

Timer is set at 45 seconds per exercise:15 second break

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches.

Fitness instructors and enthusiasts alike have learned new choreography and techniques from Laurie for over 15 years. If you learn it and perform it correctly, you'll get the results you're looking for. At Noga Movement we don't just want to look good, we want to FEEL great!
