To modify, use forearm position or place a pillow or pad under supporting knee.

I created Noga for personal and professional reasons. I wanted to teach a dynamic flow class, but there was no yoga certification that had what I was looking for. Restrictions within each had me comparing many, but also got my creative juices flowing. I knew exactly what I wanted, it just didn't exist! The ideologies attached to yoga did not benefit my ability to teach, nor my students desire to take- A results driven class did! This is why I developed a new method of teaching and moving that has nothing attached besides benefits.
