Just three out of every 100 attending Ukrainian recruitment center volunteer – official

There's been a significant drop in the number of volunteers for the Ukrainian military, the country's recruitment center chief has admitted. Scott Ritter, a former Marine Corps Intelligence officer, believes that the potential recruits have been discouraged by the high number of casualties that Kiev’s forces suffer.
