Motor Scooter Crash Hospitalizes Livingston Woman, LIVINGSTON, August 9, 2022 - At approximately 6:30 pm on August 9, 2022, a Vespa motor scooter, driven by Kimberly Burden, 38, of Livingston, was north-bound on FM-350 South when she lost control of her scooter and left the pavement to the right. The scooter turned over and Burden was ejected (she was wearing a helmet). Allegiance Ambulance Service was dispatched to the scene along with Trooper Donny Akers with the Texas Highway Patrol. Burden was transported by ambulance to CHI Livingston Memorial Hospital with a possible broken collar bone. No citations were issued. Her motor scooter was recovered by Ken's Towing and will be stored at Harrison Body Shop in Livingston.
