Anxiety, Sleep and Brain Connection

Here I share the anxiety connection to lack of sleep, proper nutrients, lack of oxygen perfusion, and the brain chemistry connection. Anxiety and lack of sleep can wreak havoc on our health. We are each unique, so I recommend being evaluated by a functional and/or holistic doctor/practitioner to determine the best path forward for your individual needs.

As always, I am not suggesting the strategies I mention are a cure to any disease and recommend that all do their own research in order to make informed decisions.
