For my next Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC Time Trial, it's the remake of Snow Land from Mario Kart Super Circuit on 150cc! There is a shortcut jump you can take with a shroom each lap, but it's a high-risk, high-reward type thing because if you fall short of the track by even an inch, Lakitu will pick you up and take you back.
