Hi, this is Keith Kreis. I wanna introduce you to the best Indian food that you've ever had. I'm at Shimla Peppers, and right here is Rajat, he's the owner. I've known him for six or seven years. And if you want some of the best food, you gotta come out to 1904 Brookdale Road in Naperville. Rajat, what would you say is the most requested item that you get from orders here?

- Like Amritsari Kulcha plate with pindi chana, and sarson ka saag with makki di roti. Sarson ka saag means it's mustard leaves and cornflower tortillas. They're very traditional from India, it's from Punjab.

- Punjab? Yes, Punjab, yeah. And they are very popular in India.

- Okay. And in Naperville, except me, nobody can make it here, and I'm making fresh all the days, 6 days a week, and they are very popular in my restaurant and the people love it.

- Beautiful. Like I said, if you haven't had great Indian food, this is the place that you wanna go to. Shimla Peppers, by far the best Indian food you'll ever have in Naperville.
