Pork loin and tenderloin are versatile, low cost and delicious when prepared correctly. We've made dishes for earlier instalments of the OSP but today, we're going to focus on another way to enjoy it. Last time we served it with Japanese ramen. This time, it comes in German format and the focus is on prepping tasty German red cabbage. Served with noodles and gravy, this is a delicious, hearty meal that is quick to make and gives you a hint of eating in a Keller restaurant in Germany. Total prep time: 45 minutes start to finish!
