Does The Apple Watch 1st Gen (Series 0) Still Work in 2020?

I’ve been using the original, first generation, or Series 0 Apple Watch for over 3 years now and wanted to make a video showing how it’s held up to a lot of use and if it can still work on modern iPhones and how the system and apps run on very dated tech.
