Harvesting Water from our pond for the Garden because I made an oopsie.

Because of a mistake I made leading me to have no stored rainwater left for our garden, and because I don't want to run our well dry I decided to harvest and store our pond water in our gravity fed watering system. I came up with a way to harvest it and pump it into the existing rain water storage bin using 5 gallon buckets, a 12$ pump I bought on Ebay, and my DIY portable battery generator. This system is in no way an ideal system, but it is the system I could do this day without spending any money, and in that way it was the most ideal. I talk about a potential future system for harvesting and implementing pond water in the garden as well and all I would really need is another pump, oh yeah and a water bin and wagon.
