A poor dog thrown by the owner was rescued by the Rescue Team

A poor dog was thrown into a dust bin by the road and the rescue team saved it as soon as they had got the information. Why do some people treat the animals like this- throwing? Why don't we save the poor lives of the animals because they are also vital for sustainability of the planet? We need to be optimistic.
