Buckwheat & Flax 'Porridge' warmed only 2 retain raw living enzymes. Better Digestibility, Low Carbs
Here I am showing how I make my raw sprouted buckwheat & flax seeds porridge with sweet fruits. It's quick, light & much more digestible than regular traditional cooked processed porridge.
I am using dried sultanas for their natural sweetness.
I am soaking 1/4 cup in some fresh water
Let them soak for at least 4 hours or overnight
Leave them on the counter loosely covered it with a cloth.

1/4 cup of activated & dry flax seeds - Here the link on how to soak, activate & dry flax seeds:

Grind them to a fine powder in a regular coffee grinder.
Pour the mixture in a small saucepan.
Add the soaked sultanas with all the water & stir well.
Plumped sultanas will make this porridge more filling & naturally sweet .
Mash a small banana with a fork, add it in & mix well.

Place the saucepan on a very low flame
Stir continuously & add more milk to reach to consistency you like.
It will take 3 to 4 minutes to warm up. Stir all the time to avoid sticking & overheating it
I am using the warming up method of constant stirring on a low heat flame
This way the enzymes of activated/sprouted seeds will remain alive,
But at the same time enjoy a very comforting warm porridge in wintertime
and voila', naturally sweet, smooth, warm, comforting, delicious,
Full of fibres, enzymes, vitamins, filling yet very light & easy to digest.
We can add more healthy sweetener like coconut sugar, raw honey or Xylitol.
I am just adding more macadamia milk & just a pinch of Xylitol for a sweet crunch.
Not only is very good for you, but it is very easy & quick to make
The laborious part is to activate & dry the seeds in advance to make them more digestible.
But you'll notice the difference in the way you feel & you'll never turn back.
