i've had a bowl of potatoes, onions, and sausage for dinner, and i've done an albuteral, salmeterol, dekas plus, ten units of insulin,and blue trikafta pill. all that's left now is to go to bed. i'm going to make a point of getting up at around 11, and if i fail that, i need to make a serious evaluation of what's wrong with my sleeping pattern.
