last night i checked my blood glucose before going to bed, and it was 363, which was not surprising. i hadn't taken my basaglar insulin, so this is pretty good proof that it functions as needed. I tooke 5 units of humalog insulin before going to bed. this morning it is at 293. i thought it would be lower, but i suppose i would have to calculate for a lack of basaglar insulin as well as any food i had eaten that was still being processed that would influence that number. as that is, this morning i've taken my two orange trikafta pills, a dekas plus, an omega 3 oil, azythromax, iron, and four units of humalog, and i'lll be doing an albuteral, solmeterol, and pulmazyme.
