Time for another workout video.

On this video, we'll be knocking out a full body resistance band workout to help improve your mobility.

Let's get after it!

Workout:

Bent Over Row
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Deadlift
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Bicep Curls
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Single Arm Shoulder Press
3 sets x 15-20 reps/Arm

Upright Row
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Chest Fly
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Squats
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Single Arm Tricep Pushdowns
3 sets x 15-20 reps/Arm

Shoulder Shrugs
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Bent Over Straight Arm Pulldown
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Shoulder Pass Throughs
3 sets x 15-20 reps

Take 30-45 second rest periods in between your sets.

There it is, my full body resistance band workout which I like to complete on my active recovery or rest days. This has helped me specifically with preventing soreness as well as improving my flexibility.
